Click to enlarge Highly effective detergent sanitiser Efficient cleanser Excellent cleaning power Non-corrosive Non-toxic Non-tainting SUPERQUAT PLUS 800 is a highly concentrated, intense detergent sanitiser containing quaternary ammonium compounds and a non-ionic surfactant. SuperQuat 800 has been designed as a preliminary wash to clean and sanitise surfaces in processing plants, hatcheries and farm buildings before terminal disinfection. It can also be used in the manual washing of egg trays and equipment. APPLICATION: Apply at the recommended dilution rate, using a foaming lance or low pressure (1000 psi) spray. Ensure all surfaces and equipment are thoroughly soaked whist avoiding excess run-off. RECOMMENDED DILUTION RATE: Dilute at 1:800 for routine cleaning and sanitisation. Where gross soiling occurs use at a higher concentration to remove additional debris. Soak equipment in a solution diluted at 1:400. COVERAGE: To clean and sanitise 1000 M ² of surface area you will need 0.6 litres of SuperQuat 800 at 1:400 dilution rate. PACK SIZE: 25 litres and 5 litres.
