The Moldex 5981 disposable half mask is for protection against organic gases/vapours with boiling points above 65C, such as solvents used in adhesives, paints, paint sprays and pesticides. Also protection against inorganic gases and vapours and all dusts, mists and fumes including highly toxic metals, biochemical substances and biologically active aerosols e.g. chlorine, bromine hydrogen cyanide, hydrogen sulphide, and acid gases, hydrogen chloride, nitric acid etc, plus ammonia, amine derivatives and spraying pesticides.

Convenient and easy to use the Moldex 5981 is supplied pre-assembled and ready for use in any application where gases and vapours may be found. Dual-material construction weighs less for maximum comfort. Gas filter cartridges permanently mounted to the face piece with built in inhalation valves.
