- Sulphamic Acid for acid boiling water plants
- In convenient sachets
- For use in hard or soft water areas
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Acid Crystals must be diluted to a stock solution before being used as an acidified boiling water plant cleaner.
To make a stock solution use 1 bag (1.36 KG/3lb) of Acid Crystals in 23 litres (5 gallons) of water.
After milking, clean surface dirt from clusters, tubes and jetters. Start the cleaning cycle, which should ideally last 7 minutes with the stock solution being drawn through in the first half of the cycle. At least 13.5 litres (3 gallons) of boiling water should be used per milking unit. The temperature at the outflow should be above 77°C (170°F), run to waste. It is important that these temperatures are maintained.
Fill the acid container to the level shown or with 1 litre (2 pints) of the stock solution per wash.
For occasional protein removal use a Red label Hypochlorite solution. To wash fill dispensing container with water and add 1 litre (2 pints) of product.
Do NOT mix the two chemicals together.
